Brata Turbo

BRATA TURBO chimney is a simple double-layer system used in construction to discharge exhaust gases outdoors and supply air to condensing boilers with a closed combustion chamber.

Its design and materials meet the technical requirements necessary for servicing modern, high-level gas-fired heating appliances.

In the BRATA TURBO chimney system, air is supplied to the combustion chamber through an external channel that surrounds the flue, moving in the opposite direction of the exhaust gas flow. As a result, the incoming air at the top of the chimney is preheated, reducing energy losses and increasing the efficiency of the connected heating appliances.

The BRATA TURBO chimney system provides a consistent efficiency level for boilers with a capacity of 21 to 25 kW. Our range includes BRATA TURBO chimneys with the following diameters: Ø100 mm, Ø140 mm, Ø200 mm, Ø250 mm, Ø300 mm.

The maximum effective chimney height is 25 m. The temperature at the boiler outlet must not exceed 200°C.

When connecting multiple boilers at the same level, the following vertical distances must be maintained:

  • When connecting on the same side of the chimney – 39 cm

  • When connecting on opposite sides of the chimney – 60 cm

The maximum length of the connecting element must not exceed 120 cm and may not include more than three 90° bends.

The BRATA TURBO chimney system complies with the standard EN 13063-3:2007 T200 P1 W2 O50, as confirmed by certificate
